SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping worldwide!
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Orders within India are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days. International orders are dispatched within 7 working days.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days post shipping in India, and international orders could take up to 20 days, depending on your location. For international orders, customs could be applied based on the laws in your country. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking number.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at +91-9088414934 between Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM or email us at info.niyaay@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.

Once the product has left our warehouse, Niyaay will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.

At Niyaay, we work at creating products that are not just beautiful to look at, but also functional and of the highest possible quality. All our products have a six month warranty, so if something goes wrong during that period, we will be happy to help you out.

We hope not to ever disappoint you, but if for some reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, reach out to us on info.niyaay@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please note : This does NOT apply to products with custom initials emboss. You will have to ship the product back to us at your expense, and refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive it. Please note that we do not provide reverse pickups.

We provide exchanges if the item you received was faulty, defective, or different from what you have ordered. Please check the product as soon as you receive it, and mail us on info.niyaay@gmail.com or call +91-90884 14934 between Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM in case of any issues.
